RETURNS

 

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is in perfect condition and has not been used.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is provided.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these return conditions in our sole discretion.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at customers@bakencaketools.com. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Ensure that the Goods are securely packaged and consider using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the cost and risk of returning the Goods. We recomend to track your shipping.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed after we have received and confirmed the status of the returned product.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

Please note that the following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom-made articles

All of our articles benefit from free shipping. However, in case of a return, the buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.
